What is Transitions and Change coaching?

This type of coaching works well for issues that are unclear or where a boost up of confidence is needed. It normally requires more than 6 sessions over a span of several months. The reason being is that you may wish to learn more about your strengths and values or simply require more time to develop your confidence or newly acquired skills.

Use the time to:

  • Improve morale and motivation when your job is no longer aligned to your values and beliefs. Rediscover your values and beliefs to gain motivation and tackle new challenges
  • Support you through difficult times or big changes when you have been affected by structural changes (expansion of teams or reduction of posts) or individual changes (new job descriptions, maternity leave, job sharing, sickness), etc
  • Assert your direction of travel when considering promotions, renewing contracts, changing careers or departments
  • Improve self-esteem and self-empowerment when you explore what you want, what your strengths are and build confidence to do the things you want and like
  • Improve mental health & well-being by knowing what you want to do and rediscovering yourself to experience increased positivity, motivation, well-being and mental health
