What is Fast Track coaching?
The idea of receiving coaching is still alien to many. Most people don’t know what coaching is or how it can help plus they feel unsure of talking to a stranger about their work situation. I have introduced this offer to make coaching in the workplace more inclusive, more accessible to as many people as possible and to break down barriers that prevent individuals from experiencing it. These quick sessions act like coaching tasters!
Use the time to:
- Make decisions when uncertainty is stopping you from going forward or causing you to doubt your choices
- Plan an action to make your idea(s) happen
- Ignite new ideas or projects you are unsure about or that were meant to start yesterday
- Discover more about your goals, is a promotion you want the right opportunity for you?
- Tackle procrastination and act on your to do list, which it’s not happening
- Improve efficiency and performance affected by reactivity and work overload
Outcome:
After coaching, you will know more about your goals and have greater confidence in your decisions to take action.
How:

- Bring a single and specific issue to the session. It doesn’t work for everything so think about what would make this time valuable and useful to you in advance.
