How it works

The process begins with a conversation to assess whether coaching fits in with your priorities and to see if we can work together.  If we decide to move forward, we will then have an initial consultation to discuss the issues that are important to you and to agree a contract that establishes an effective partnership between both parties.

I offer you a chance to be part of a professional and trustworthy relationship, where expectations and responsibilities are clear from the start, and where personal aspirations are explored via questions and appropriate tools that enable you to reach outcomes or breakthroughs.

We embark on a journey together in which you steer the sailboat in a direction of your choice and I use the tools I have at my disposal to help you reach your destination.

I am the kind of coach who will work with you to reach an outcome that speaks to you. My coaching style places emphasis on individual growth to address strategic issues that have a positive impact on organisations. My analytical skills enable me to understand issues quickly to help people move forward, to achieve their goals whilst being congruent with their values.


  • Fast Track coaching: discovery meeting + 1 x coaching session
  • Growth & Development coaching: discovery meeting + initial consultation + 6 x coaching sessions
  • Transitions & Change coaching: discovery meeting + initial consultation + 6+ coaching sessions
  • Discovery meeting: 30 mins
  • Initial consultation: 60-90 mins
  • Coaching sessions: 60 mins
  • Virtual: via Zoom or Google Meet
  • One-one basis
  • Payment via BACS, done in advance for all sessions
  • Instalments plan available
  • You can cancel our contract whenever you wish with one sessions notice
  • Sessions can be rescheduled with up to 48 hrs notice
  • Less than 48 hrs notice or a no show will be charged 100%
  • Coaching is not an exact science and results cannot be guaranteed
  • You enter an agreement into coaching with the understanding that you are responsible for your own results
  • Coaching works best when full contracts end as agreed and coachees are committed
  • To date 100% coachees that completed their full contract with me met their expectations
  • Discovery meeting: we meet for the first time and confirm whether to proceed with the coaching
  • Initial consultation: allows the coach and client to get to know each other; to clearly understand the starting point and to clarify the area(s) to focus on first. It also includes details about the contract
  • Coaching sessions: we work towards your outcome. With built in reviews, when it is more than one session, to discuss progress towards agreed goals
